The Back Wrap is wonderful for anyone who suffers from back pain, you can heat up or freeze it and because it comes with straps, you can wear it while performing tasks.
The strap is adjustable and being plus sized I was a little worried it would be tight, but It wasn’t tight at all and was comfortable.
