Three Acre Kitchen all started in Nancy Brown’s kitchen in Hopkinton, NH, she enjoys feeding family and friends and developed a balsamic vinaigrette that everyone loved, with encouragement and a little bit of help from her family and friends she launched Nancy’s Specialty Foods, LLC and launched her first product Nancy’s Balsamic Vinaigrette. In 2004 she took her vinaigrette to the Made in New Hampshire expo where she caught the attention of the public. In 2005 her dressing won the New Hampshire Magazine, Best of NH Award. She has since gone on to offer other exciting products. She has since gone to change her business name to Three Acre Kitchen after finding out Nancy was already trademarked.

I was sent a bottle of her  Balsamic Vinaigrette with garlic and Dijon mustard.

Review:

This vinaigrette is AMAZING! It has a super flavorful taste with a hint of dijon and garlic. I found the vinaigrette to not be overpowering and a great addition to salads or as a dipping sauce.

They also sell Blueberry Balsamic Finishing Sauce with port wine and maple syrup and Balsamic Cooking Sauce with juniper and rosemary.

You can purchase her items on their online store  and at select locations in New England.
