The Warm Buddy Company has been in business since 1995, at the time Warm Buddy Company heat wraps surpassed what was on the market with improved heat holding capabilities, the addition of herbs and essential oils and unique designs and shapes. The product line quickly grew and evolved. The development of the warm-up plush animals, known to many as Warm Buddies, included teddy bears, kittens and puppies. The warm-up plush animals are a huge comfort to sick children and have been used in children’s cancer wards, as well as helping to soothe and relieve aches, pains and stress in the elderly.
They sell a huge range of items such as shoulder wraps, eye masks, slippers, sport therapy towels, body wraps and of course the Warm Buddies mentioned above.
I was sent their Body Wrap in Chocolate Swirl to review:
The Body wraps are made in Canada and come with a beautiful soft cover(Chocolate Swirl, Cream Swirl, Aqua Swirl, Violet Swirl, Kiwi Swirl and Leopard.) which are machine washable. Each Body wrap is 10″ x 20 and contains lavender flowers for a wonderful experience. It has a long heat holding ability and can even be used as an alternative to an ice pack if you place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Inside is 100% pure milled white rice. The Warm Buddy therapeutic heat wraps contain natural lavender flowers, peppermint and pure essential oils of eucalyptus, cloves and rosemary. Aromatherapy Eye Pillows and Sleep Masks contain lavender, peppermint, chamomile, and pure essential oils of rose geranium.
Microwave heating: Place the pack in the centre of the microwave oven for the prescribed amount of time (heating instructions come attached to every Warm Buddy product). The product is not to touch the side walls of the microwave during heating as product can burn. Some products may have to be folded to allow the microwave’s turntable to spin freely. Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave. To prevent heat packs from overheating microwave in 30 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Allow heat packs to reach room temperature before re-heating. Do not leave pack unattended while heating. Children should not operate microwave ovens.
Oven heating: Completely wrap the heat pack in aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 250 degrees fahrenheit, and heat for 30 minutes. Do not leave pack unattended while heating. Setting a timer is recommended.
Retail Price: $39.95

First and foremost, I love Warm Buddy! If I won, I would probably give this to my mom for her fibromyalgia. I hate seeing her in so much pain. She has magic bags but they are so old and they stink!!
If I won, I would probably give this to my mom. I have one and absolutely love mine. My mom has fibromyalgia and is constantly in pain. She uses an old magic bag that she has had forever but it needs to go, it stinks!
I would use it on my back primarily.
