I love dessert cheesecake so when I was given the opportunity to try savory cheesecake I was more then excited!
Wicked Kickin’ Cheesecakes is located in MA and specializes in savory cheesecakes.
I received two cheesecakes.
The first cheesecake I received is called The Whitey Bulger.
It contains Tomato, fresh basil, garlic, mozzarella, and parmesan.
This cheesecake was AMAZING! I ate it with crackers and was just so savory and the mozzarella really stands out! I suggest heating it up slightly in the microwave for a few seconds then enjoy 🙂
The second cheese cake I received
is The New Beige.
It contains Chourico, red and green pepper, onion and Cheddar Cheese.
This cheesecake was even better then the first one! OMG, Seriously. The cheddar cheese really stands out and also goes wonderful with crackers or by its self.
You can tell by the taste that on both cheescakes the highest and freshest ingredients were used.
