As many of my readers know, I LOVE trying new things, especially unique food items, Here in Vermont Rhubarb is very common, You see in a lot of different foods. Wozz Kitchen Creations was kind enough to send me a bottle of their Spiced Strawberry Rhubarb Finishing Vinegar.
The Spiced Strawberry Rhubarb Finishing Vinegar is Gluten Free,Free of Additives and Colors, Whole Fruit Ingredients(No Pulp), Slowly Infused and Vegan Friendly.
Finishing Vinegar is designed to be used as a garnish, to dress up a dish or season food.
I used mine to finish up a dish I made of Chicken with a Radish and Apple Slaw.
The vinegar is AMAZING!!
Its a perfect blend of sweet and tangy.
The vinegar has a normal vinegar texture with infused flavors of strawberry and rhubarb.
Here are some other great ideas on ways to use the vinegar
- Splash on a salad of English baby spinach, sliced strawberries, feta, and mint. A summer delight.
- Salsa: Top grilled chicken with a salsa of diced ripened strawberries, thinly sliced spring onions, purple basil, and a splash of Wozz! strawberry rhubarb vinegar. Finish with cracked pepper and salt.
I was also sent a jar of their Caribbean Pineapple Cardamom Chutney, I haven’t opened it yet, I am saving it for my easter ham. However it looks AMAZING from the outside of the jar!
