This is one of the NICEST presentation of items I have ever received in my two years of blogging. Gourmet Nut Sent me along a really nice gift basket of some of their nuts and sea salts! I love both Nuts and Salts so I thought this was a GREAT combination! I love nuts as they are a great snack and its always good to have a variety of sea salts on hand for cooking.
Gourmet Nut sells a variety of nuts, salts seeds and spice rubs. Their product menu on their site has five categories, Gourmet To Go, Power Up, Health Seeds, Sea Salts and Spice Rubs.
I received four mixes, Nature’s mix,protein mix, Mega Omega and Soy Nut.
The nature’s mix contains cranberries, almonds, peanuts, pineapples, raisins,papaya and cashews.
The protein mix contains almonds, cashews, raisins,pumpkin seeds, peanuts and cherries.
The mega omega mix contains walnuts, almonds, mango, cranberry, and pumpkin seeds.
The soy health mix contains soy nuts, cranberry, raisins, pumpkin seeds and almonds.
My Favorite out of the four was the natures mix but all of them tasted good, none of the nuts tasted bad(you know when you buy a can of nuts and you get the one or two that just tastes NASTY!) the dried fruit was sweet yet had a great texture.
I received a bunch of different sea salts like Smoked Sea Salt, Alaea Hawiian, Hiwa Kai Hawaiian,Pink Himalayan and more!
They all tasted great, the smoked was our most favorite and didnt last long AT ALL! I love the grinders, they were high quality and grind effectively while not dispensing to much. I actually will be placing an order with them soon for another bottle of the smoked sea salt.
Their sea salts are FANTASTIC and I suggest them to everyone! Their prices are very affordable while their products are high quality.
