Easter is approaching which means so is the spring equinox. I always look forward to this time of year, signs of spring are starting to show in New England. Spring is one of my favorite seasons and I look forward to Easter because it marks this. Tradition in my family is to serve lamb and just spend time together. We also recognize Orthodox Easter as a way to honor my Greek Grandmother. Easter time is always a really fun time for our family and I will carry on these traditions with my kids.
