2025 Back To School Guide

School is officially back in session! This year feels extra special because it’s my child’s very first year in the school system, which means we’re both figuring things out as we go. Whether you’re navigating new routines, stocking up on supplies, or just trying to survive the school year, this guide is here to support both parents and kids through the remainder of the school year.

Doctor Bedtime’s SLEEP MAGIC Superpowers for Super-Sleepers:

Version 1.0.0

Sleep is a crucial part of a successful back-to-school routine, and Doctor Bedtime’s Sleep Magic is perfect for Pre-K and elementary school children. Co-authored by STLW’s Medical Director, Dr. Roger Washington, MD, a Stanford-trained family physician, also known as Doctor Bedtime, and Executive Director Scarlet Nickhol, MPP, MBA, this book combines expertise with playfulness to inspire a lifelong love of sleep.

Through its engaging story, children explore the “wonders and magic” of sleep, discovering how it helps them grow, heal, energize, and learn. Doctor Bedtime’s Sleep Magic teaches essential life lessons, from recognizing their body’s sleep cues to creating a safe, comforting space to drift off.

All proceeds support children’s sleep wellness initiatives.

These are so tasty, and both my son and I love snacking on them.
