Fall is my favorite time of year!
It always feels so magical to me. Living in New England, I get to experience the crisp air, the beautiful foliage, and the coziness that only autumn brings. I’ve always looked at this season as a chance to shed what no longer serves me, reset after the chaos (and heat!) of summer, and lean into gratitude.
For me, fall is a season of rest. As winter tends to flare my chronic illnesses, I use autumn as a gentle pause, a time to slow down, reflect, and create space for calm before the colder months arrive. More than just pumpkin spice and cozy sweaters for me, fall is my reminder to embrace reflection, relaxation, and the simple magic in everyday moments.
