The Flex Links are great! They are stretchy, lightweight and versatile.
The stretch and strength ladder allowed you to go instantly from 5 pounds to 20 pounds. They are safe to use and have soft form handles for maximum comfort and grip. It comes with a work out guild that I found to be very helpful. Even with my foot injury and a weak knee I was able to easily use them. This is a great item to pack in your bag and use to work out on the go, because of the material the flex links dont snap back at you which I was worried about at first.
