I absolutely LOVE the Deluxe Dual Chocolate Melting Pot by Good Cooking! I love melted chocolate but I hate breaking out the double boiler and I ALWAYS burn my chocolate so then I am forced to start over. You CAN of course use a microwave but you also risk over cooking and burning. The Deluxe Dual Chocolate Melting Pot by Good Cooking melts the chocolate at the perfect temperature and does not burn it. The unit also does not get hot to the touch which is nice because I seem to always burn my self on stuff. I had a lot of fun using the different molds and I am going to break this out for parties and I think its going to be a huge hit!
