Less Mess With PetWeighter Weighted Bowl

Loki, My Chocolate Lab is a messy drinker. He is also notorious for knocking over his water dish or trying to carry it around the house. I stumbled across PetWeighter by chance and was really excited to see how it stacks up against my big boy.

PetWeighter is an award-winning design that consists of a large weighted base that you fill with sand or water(or both) that prevents your pet from moving the dish. The bowl locks onto the base but is also easy to remove for refilling and cleaning. The design can also help your pet eat slower and the elevated design can put less strain on the joints of your pet.

Experience:

I filled the base completely with water and Loki(who currently weighs 100+ lbs) is unable to move it successfully. I found since using the PetWeighter he also eats slower(the website suggests its because your pet might feel less threatened if the dish doesnt easily move). I also have two cats who have no issues using PetWeighter either. I am very happy with the design and I haven’t had any spills since using. I found it’s very easy to keep clean and very easy to remove by hand(but my pets cant remove it).

Purchase:

PetWeighter comes in multiple colors and you can purchase a small dish for $24.99 and a large dish for $29.99. The dish pictured above is the large dish.
