One of my goals for 2023 is to make healthier choices, one of those choices including adding more supplements to my diet. Due to my busy life and being neurodivergent, I often forgot to take medicine, Persona Nutrition makes remembering easier.
What is Persona Nutrition?
Persona Nutrition delivers personalized daily vitamin packs to your doorstep. There are multiple options, you can take their free assessment for a personalized recommendation or visit their shop and choose which vitamins you would like to receive.
I took the assessment and decided to also add a few vitamins.
My Order:
During the assignment, I indicated that I suffer from stress, and chronic pain recently took antibiotics, would like to lose weight and I suffer from heartburn.
My morning pack included the following:
- Foundational Multivitamin Multivitamin: also contains a probiotic, Omega 3, and Vitamin D. It helps support gut health, immunity, and mood.
- Appetite Support: helps reduce food cravings and curb appetite.
- Aloe Plus; supports digestion and helps with heartburn and indigestion.
My Evening pack included the following:
- Foundational Multivitamin Multivitamin: also contains a probiotic, Omega 3, and Vitamin D. It helps support gut health, immunity, and mood.
- CBD Hemp Support: board spectrum CBD
- Ashwagandha: helps ease stress, promotes immune health, and promotes muscle recovery.
- Apple Pectin: a natural source of fiber that helps support gut health.
I also added Vital Proteins Hydration + Collagen Tropical Blast and Immune Boost Lemon Ginger for an extra fee.
Thoughts:
I had a really positive experience with Persona Nutrition. Their nutritionist reached out to me via phone and email to check in and I love the personalized daily packs. However, I did struggle to remember to take them. I was hoping that the daily packs would make it easier but I simply forgot most days. I am going to set an alarm to remind myself to finish up my packs and once I do, I am going to resubscribe. I felt the price was typical for high-quality supplements and there is the added bonus of being able to speak with a nutritionist.
