Shanrene Review

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.

Many of my readers know that my grandmother died from breast cancer and breast cancer awareness is very important to me. There are over 2.5 million breast cancer survivors in the world and I think spreading awareness is the key.

My beautiful Grandmother
I even have the ribbon tattooed on me in memory of her
Shanrene  has been around for 10+ years and is a small family owned business. It all started in a bead shop in Des Moines, IA. When Shanrene got up and running as a website, it was very clear that it wasnt all about profits. The family wanted it to be about giving back. They have donated over $250,000 to charity since the business was started!

Here is the breakdown of charity donations.
10% of all gross from the cancer awareness bracelets sales is donated to related organizations and foundations. For some items there is a set dollar amount and it is specified in the description of the item. Shanrene has also donated their bracelets and jewelry to different events and organizations.
5% of all gross from Mother’s bracelets sold is donated to The Heart Connection.
They were kind enough to send me along one of their breast cancer awareness bracelets to review.
I ADORE this bracelet, Its high quality and I’m not scared that its going to fall apart, all too often I’ve bought jewelry thats homemade and its very flimsy this bracelet is not!
I am going to wear this bracelet with pride in memory of my grandmother!
The bracelet is made of fiber optic beads, sterling silver beads and Swarovski crystals.

I HIGHLY suggest Shanrene for any of your awareness needs!
