Update on My Journey with Personal Trainer Food.

If you have not read my other post, I will bring you up to speed. I am currently working with Personal Trainer Food.

Personal Trainer Food is a fantastic food system that is determined to help you lose weight. It started in 2005 when their CEO helped his wife lose 55 pounds! They discovered to lose weight food must take good, be easy to prepare, have a variety and not contain processed starches. Unlike some of their competitors Personal Trainer Food is a FULL meal program. That means you are not required to purchase anything extra, you also receive a larger quantity of food daily. Personal Trainer Food provides you with 27-30oz of food per day while many of their competitors only provide 12-23oz. Their macro nutritional levels are 70% Natural Protein, 20% Healthy Carbs and 10% Healthy Fats.

Their foods are freshly cooked then flash frozen.There are no processed fillers like rice or noodles. Plus, these are not TV dinners or dehydrated products, it’s REAL food you get to mix and match individually packaged meats and vegetables for every meal. There are 800 meal combination possibilities so you will never get sick of the meal possibilities!

The food has been AMAZING!! Here are just a few of my breakfast, lunch and dinners I have eaten.

Thoughts:

The food is seriously AMAZING!!!! I have taste tested a few of their competitors and I have to say Personal Trainer Food is one of the best food delivery companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The breakfast items are really tasty and the eggs taste very much like eggs you would get in a restaurant. The meats are SUPER moist and full of flavor and the veggies I have tasted have all been crisp and fresh tasting. I also LOVE the garlic butter sauce that is meant for the veggies is SUPER tasty! The bags that the food arrives in are super easy to pop in the microwave and heats the food consistently. I am having some sugar withdraws which has made me very crabby. The amount of food might l0ok small to some but I have not been snacking very much and if I do I make sure I eat food approved by Personal Trainer Food!

I stepped on the scale yesterday and I currently weigh 244lbs which is a total weight loss of 6 pounds! I am seriously shocked! I have never experienced such effortless weight loss! Its effortless because I am still eating fantastic tasting food and just exercising! I am so excited to see what the rest of my experience with Personal Trainer Food will bring! Dieting has never been so easy!
