Vermont Fresh Pasta Review

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.
I LOVE trying local foods, so when Vermont Fresh Pasta  decided they wanted me to review some of their pasta, I was SO excited! I was even invited over to their factory for a small tour which was really interesting!
The owners Tricia & Ken Jarecki were so kind to invite me over to Proctorsville, VT to their factory.
Tricia was so nice and gave me a short tour, their factory is differently state of the art and all the employees were so kind to me. Tricia even showed me some of the custom labels they produce for local businesses.

Vermont Fresh Pasta has been producing different pastas since 1992!

I was able to try two of their amazing products.
The first pasta I tried was a Garlic Spinach Ravioli
The Garlic Spinach Raviolis are AMAZING, they cooked in a short period of time and the filling was wonderful, not to much garlic but enough to register on your pallet. I love the spinach flavor mixed with the garlic, it sure is a perfect combination and you can tell it was made with the best of ingredients.
The second ravioli I tried was a Black Bean Ravioli.
The Black Bean Raviolis were a tad on the spicy side, and had whole black beans as well as a mixture of pureed on the inside. They were very good!
