Green Mountain Mustard Review

I LOVE highlighting all the amazing companies that Vermont has to offer so I was REALLY excited to team up with Green Mountain Mustard.

Green Mountain Mustard started in 2007 after Michael Adams decided to create a mustard and see if was something the public would enjoy. Michael is no stranger to selling things. at age 10 he sold cookies in front of a hair salon. On his first day he sold $120 worth of cookies. Next he began selling energy bars, that ended in 2010 after being successful and that’s when Green Mountain Mustard came into play. For three years straight every single jar of mustard sold out. In 2014 he decided to dedicate all his time to Green Mountain Mustard.

Right now Green Mountain Mustard offers 15 flavors of mustard, is sold in over 250 stores, these stores include select Bed Bath & Beyond and HomeGoods stores and has received press in Vermont as well as GoodHouse Keeping and Refinery29.

The flavors include

Barn Burner which is a Red Habanero Mustard.

Base Camp which is a Sweet Hot Mustard.

Clove Encounter which is a Garlic and Oregano Mustard.

Deli Dirt which is a Everything Bagel Mustard.

Golden Grain which is a Maple Wholegrain Mustard.

Horsepower which a Horseradish Mustard.

Keg Stand which is a Limited Edition Beer Mustard.

Merry Berry which is a Limited Edition Cranberry Mustard.

Ragin’ Rooster which is a Sriracha Mustard and contains home made Sriracha.

I was sent a jar of the Golden Grain and Ragin’ Rooster to review. I am IN LOVE with the Golden Grain Mustard. I am first a Maple fanatic and love all things wholegrain. This mustard is loaded with flavor and adds some fantastic flavor to potato salads and baked ham. I used this jar in a little less then a month because I was just in love with the flavor. I have not used the Ragin’ Rooster yet. I’m saving it for when I make home made sushi. I am overall very impressed with Green Mountain Mustard and have no complains. Their mustard’s are very flavorful and fresh tasting.
