As a pet parent, I am always concerned about my pet’s dental health, I came across Whimzees when Loki was a pup because my Step Daughter bought Loki a bag, I loved the benefits they deliver and the fact that Loki LOVED the flavor.
Whimzees are natural dog treats that help clean their teeth by fighting plaque and tartar, they feature ingredients such as potato starch, glycerin, powdered cellulose, lecithin, malt extract, and yeast. Whimzees come in a variety of shapes including stix, hedgehog, veggie strip, alligator, veggie sausage, rice bone, toothbrush, veggie ear, and crossbones. Whimzees come in a range of sizes so they are really perfect for dogs of all sizes!
Loki really loves the hedgehogs, they last him a while and they come in size Small(for dogs 10-25 lbs) and Large(for dogs 25-60 lbs) and green, orange and brown. As with any edible product, monitor your dog to ensure the treat is adequately chewed and these treats are not recommended for dogs under 9 months old.
Since we recently welcomed Rosie into our household I decided to give their small toothbrush Whimzees a try!
Rosie suffers from allergies so I was a little hesitant to feed her Whimzees at first but they seemed to agree well with her! No hairless, vomiting or diarrhea which is a huge plus! Rosie also seems to really enjoy Whimzees so it’s great to find a treat that she likes that doesn’t cause issues!
You can purchase Whimzees at Petco, PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Pet Valu and independent pet retailers. They have a store locator on their website so you can easily see where Whimzees are sold near you.
