Ingredients
- 2 lb of potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of salad dressing or mayo
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grill Mates Molasses Bacon Seasoning
- 1/4 cup of olive or vegetable oil
- 1lb or bacon or 1 package of precooked bacon bits.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a cast iron pan or on a cookie sheet. Toss with oil, salt, pepper and molasses bacon seasoning. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned and crisp. While potatoes are roasting place eggs in a saucepan with water. Once water starts to boil cook for 12 minutes, remove from heat and rinse with cool water. Peel and slice. Once potatoes are finished roasting, transfer to a bowl and mix in bacon,eggs and salad dressing or mayo. Serve and Enjoy!
