Argania Gourmet Review and Giveaway

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.

Being someone who loves cooking, I am always looking for new and interesting food products.

Argania all started with the simple goal, to produce Argan oil, while keeping the importance of fair trade and  how the woman who use to take part in making it saw little money in return for the efforts.
The story of Argania is thus of partnership–a partnership with the cooperative of women who produce our argan oil, a partnership with farmers and harvesters from whom we get our nuts and honey, and a partnership with you, the customer, who makes it all possible.

Now you might wonder what is Argan Oil?

Argan Oil is a hand produced oil from the kernel of the Argan Tree.
Commonly referred to as ‘liquid gold’, argan oil has numerous nutritional benefits that are complemented by its bold, nutty flavor.
Loaded with Vitamin E (twice as much as olive oil), anti-oxidants, and essential fatty acids, a tablespoon of argan oil a day can reduce chances of heart disease by lowering cholesterol , improving circulation, and reducing blood pressure
The process of creating argan oil is resource, labor, and time intensive: 130 lbs of fruit + 20 hours of labor + 5 weeks of processing = 1 liter of 100% organic argan oil.

Here is the best part in my opinion!

Review:
I received a bottle of their lovely organic Argan Oil!
The bottle is a 7oz bottle and the best part is the woman who make it earn $6.25 of the $19.99 from the sales of one bottle.
The Argan Oil has a wonderful nutty flavor and is a GREAT alternative to other cooking oils because of all the health benefits.
I love the packaging, the glass bottle is great and the cork just adds a culinary touch to it.
