I want the very best for my dogs so I was really excited when I came across the book called Better Food For Dogs by David Bastin, Grant Nixon,
and Jennifer Ashton.

This book is full helpful information to help make cooking for your dog easy and stress-free. The book features recipes for basic everyday meals, gourmet dinners, and desserts but also has information on myths about dogs and people food, information on raw feeding, nutrient sources for your dog, user-friendly charts, how to identify good-quality processed food and problems associated with low-quality diets.

Some of the great recipes in this book include Breakfast Burritos, Blueberry Banana Biscotti, Turkey and Rice, Divine Diner Burrito, Stir-Fried Ginger Beef with Greens, Chicken Fried Rice, Barbecued Hamburgers, Salmon and Pasta and Basil and Vegetable Pasta.

I found this book to be very informative, I thought there was a fantastic variety of recipes and I have already tried a few of the cookie recipes and my dogs seemed to really like them! I really like that the first half of the book is full of information on nutrition as well as a whole section on dogs and diet-related health problems. This is a fantastic book and a must-have for ANY dog owner.

This book sells for $19.95 and features 192 pages.
