PB Crave was nice enough to send me along a package with one jar of each of their flavors, So today I made Peanut Butter Cookies with a jar of their Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter. Here is the recipe!
Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter Cookies:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar: packed
1/2 cup butter: room temp
1 egg
1/2 cup of PB Crave Cookie Nookie peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cup of flour
1) Preheat oven at 300 degrees(375 if you want crunchy cookies) beat butter in bowl until creamed, add brown sugar and white sugar, mix, add peanut butter, egg, flour, baking soda and powder. Mix thoroughly
2) Roll Dough into balls, place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart, criss cross flatten with a fork, cook for 15 minutes on 300 degrees or 10 minutes on 375 degrees, Let cool then enjoy!!
