Vitakraft has been around since 1837 and all started in the village of Heiligenrode, near Bremen, Germany. It later grew to become one of the first major pet food manufacturers in Germany. Over 175 years later they are operating successfully in Europe, North and South America and Asia. They sell Bird, Small Animal, Cat,Dog and Equine.
I was recently sent a few of their Purrk Cat Toys to review.
Their products use Feline Silvervine* an alternative to catnip.

Review:
I received the Desert Bug and my cat LOVED it! I sprinkled some of the Feline Silvervine on her cat post to encourage her to scratch more on her post and she went NUTS! She became super playful and was running around the house making a cute little noise and played with her desert bug for awhile. It definitely kept her busy and I noticed she played with it longer then her catnip toys.
