I have been a huge fan of AcuRite since I teamed up with them to review their Hunting and Fishing Activity Meter so I was really excited to team up with them to give their Smart Home Environmental Monitoring System a try!
AcuRite is owned Chaney Instrument Co., a leading manufacturer of precision time, temperature and weather products since 1943. AcuRite offers a huge range of weather station models to choose from as well as weather alert radios,thermometers and more! Their weather stations are great ways to track and even predict the weather.
I was such an array of items including their Indoor Water Leak Detector, a smartHUB, 1 room monitor, 1 indoor sensor and 1 outdoor sensor. 
The Room Monitor tracks conditions which affect indoor air quality, such as temperature and humidity, provides information needed to help prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and other allergens while the Water Leak Detector that plugs into the room monitor will give you an instant notice if an appliance leaks, a sump pump fails, or your basement is seeping. It has a strong wireless range up to 330 feet (100 meters) and
transmits data every 16 seconds.
I placed the leak detector on the side of my ice maker that has the drain nozzle in case it becomes dislodged, it’s] been accurate so far and we luckily have not had any spills.
The Smart Hub was super easy to set up and only required us to plug it into our router via an ethernet cable. It reports data for up to 10 compatible AcuRite sensors simultaneously and will even send you an email if it loses signal. 
I found the online app to be very easy to navigate and understand, I was able to create easy email alerts which sends an email to me if there is signal loss.
I really like this whole system because it gives me peace of mind and I can easily track weather and such with the online app, which is also available on certain devices.
